How do I withdraw from a tournament?

The rule regarding refunds is simple – it depends on WHEN you cancel your entry into the tournament.

• Over 48 hours before the start of the competition – the system returns the entry fee less a 5 PLN handling fee
• Less than 48 hours before the start of the competition – no refund

How do I cancel my participation in a tournament?

It’s simple:

1. Click the human icon in the upper right logo and – if you are not logged in – log in.
2. Scroll your profile to the section SCHEDULED STARTS. Find the tournament you want to withdraw from and click the link “Cancel participation”.
3. A pop-up will appear where you have to to confirm your decision.
4. On your e-mail a message will arrive confirming your cancellation.
