If you wish to cancel your participation in the tournament, click the human icon (MY ACCOUNT) in the upper right corner and log in to your account. Once logged in, scroll to the section SCHEDULED STARTS and next to the selected tournament, click the link Cancel participation.

If you have to cancel your entry to a tournament due to illness or injury, you can apply for a refund of your entry fee after sending us medical certificate.

Przelewy24.pl typically refunds money within 72 hours (BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay). For card payments, refunds can take up to a week.

The voucher arrives by email with the title: „Here is the promised Babolat voucher for PLN 100 🎾” immediately after purchasing an annual license. If you don’t have it in your main email directory, check your spam or offers folder.
